It must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Clearance or final sale items
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund or exchange

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to process
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent
